The jewelry selection that we
offer our clients is extensive but there are times when you know exactly
what you want and no similar jewelry item will do. At The Diamond
Vault we employ the finest craftsmanship and the latest technology to allow
you to express your personal taste. Whether through using our fine wax
artist and goldsmith or by rendering your design through our
state-of-the-art CAD/CAM
(computer aided design / computer aided milling) process, we can achieve
your own personal slice of brilliance.
The custom design process is simple and straight-forward.
Here are its easy steps:
Submit your design for a free, no-obligation quote. You can provide
us with an image of the design or of different design elements that you
wish to incorporate in your jewelry. You can also describe it to
us and we can sketch it or render it.
If the quote sounds agreeable to you then we will proceed to either
carve the wax or create the 3D model (depending on the technique we will
need to accomplish the design). The wax or model will take 7-10 days to
complete and are subject to your approval -- you have not yet spent a
penny or committed to your design. If there are changes you wish
to implement at this point it is completely doable.
Upon approval of the design we will require a 25% deposit to
continue the process of casting the jewelry item and setting gems.
This process should take 2 weeks in most cases.
Your custom jewelry is completed.
With the computer aided design
process we are able to bring your rings to "life" before they ever take on
physical form. The rotating design below is a 3 dimensional rendering
in platinum with diamonds -- the ring does not exist however.
